Stop guessing. Get an AI strategy that actually fits your business.
Right now your team is doing one of two things with AI…either nothing, because they’re waiting for someone to tell them where to start, or a dozen disconnected things because everyone read a different LinkedIn post and went rogue.
One wastes opportunity, the other wastes money and creates a mess you’ll pay to clean up later, and frankly you can’t afford either.
What if you could know exactly where AI belongs in your business, what it’s worth, and what to do first?
That’s what this is.
The problem with “just start using AI”
AI is the most over-hyped and under-implemented technology I’ve seen in 25+ years in the online space.
The hype says it’ll replace your whole company by Tuesday (it won’t). The reality is most businesses have barely scratched the surface of what AI can do for them, because they don’t have an actual plan, they have a subscription.
So they automate the wrong things, they pick tools based on whoever had the best demo, they roll something out, it half-works, the team quietly stops using it, and six months later the CEO is asking why the “AI initiative” didn’t do anything. Idiocy.
That research everyone loves to cite, the BCG and Harvard study, found consultants using AI finished 12.2% more tasks, worked 25.1% faster, and produced 40% higher quality work. Real numbers. BUT, it only worked when the AI was pointed at the right tasks, using the right processes, and the right tools. Point it at the wrong ones and performance drops.
What an AI Strategy actually is
It’s a custom roadmap for using AI in YOUR business, pointed at the things that will actually save money and move the needle. Not a generic “here’s what AI can do” report you could’ve gotten from a chatbot. A specific plan, built around how you actually make money.
When we’re done you’ll know:
- Where AI belongs in your business, mapped to your actual workflows, not a generic list of use cases
- What each opportunity is worth, so you chase the ROI instead of the shiny object
- What to do first, sequenced so you get wins early instead of boiling the ocean
- Which tools to use, with specifics, not “consider a solution in the LLM space”
- What to leave alone, because some of your processes shouldn’t be automated and we’ll tell you which
- What it’ll cost and what it’ll save, in real dollars, so you can take it to whoever signs the checks
You can hand the whole thing to your team and they’ll know exactly what to build, in what order, and why.
How it works
1. Kickoff. We get on a call (probably a few) with your team and the relevant decision-makers. We ask a lot of questions about your business, your market, your competitors, your goals, your timeline, and what you’ve already got in terms of tools and people. Annoying questions. Good ones.
2. The dig. We map your actual workflows and figure out where the time, money, and friction is hiding. This is where most of the real insight comes from, because the opportunities are almost never where people assume.
3. The analysis. We step away and do the work. We match your business against what AI can genuinely do right now (not what the hype promises), score the opportunities by impact and effort, and build the roadmap.
4. The handoff. We come back and walk you and your team through everything. The full strategy, the priorities, the tooling, the sequencing, the numbers. You get the document, and you get a session to make sure it all lands.
The whole thing runs about 3-5 weeks (sometimes more) depending on the size and complexity of your business.
What you get:
A complete AI strategy document, built for your business, that includes:
- An executive summary in plain English you can forward to anyone
- A workflow-by-workflow map of where AI fits
- Prioritized opportunities scored by ROI and effort
- Specific tool and platform recommendations
- A phased rollout plan with a clear “do this first” list
- Cost and savings estimates for each major opportunity
- The stuff to avoid, and why
Plus a live working session to walk through all of it with your team.
What it costs:
AI Strategy: $10,000+, depending on the size of your business and how complex your operations are.
A smaller company with a few core workflows lands near the bottom. A larger org with multiple teams, departments, and a tangle of existing tools lands higher. We’ll quote you a flat number after a quick scoping call so there are no surprises.
For context: that’s roughly a month of a junior consultant’s salary, and nothing compared to what you’ll waste flailing around for a year without a plan (tokenmaxing go brrrrr).
Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. We invoice via Stripe and work starts when the first payment clears. We don’t do net terms, we’re not a bank. 😉
Want the strategy AND the execution?
The strategy tells you what to do. If you want help actually doing it, that’s where our AI BPO Consulting and Fractional Chief AI Officer services come in. And if you bundle a strategy with an Agency Audit, we’ll knock down the price since the research overlaps.
But no pressure. Plenty of clients take the strategy and run with it themselves, to each their own.
Your competitors are figuring this out right now. The only question is whether you do it with a plan or by trial and error.
